The Pentagon is expanding SIPRNET (Secret Internet Protocol Router Network) to include the Adjutants General of all 54 states and territories. This $2 million project is intended to allow secure communications in the event of domestic terrorism, and to allow the senior National Guard commander in each state access to classified databases. Eight of the 54 already had this access.--Stephen V Cole
