Israel closed the Gaza airport for "security reasons." Israeli prime minister Barak is in talks with conservative political groups to form a new coalition government. Such a government would be unlikely to continue peace talks with the Palestinians. Barak announced the suspension of the peace process, and Arafat responded with "go to hell."
