Four Palestinian terrorists were killed, three when bombs they were building went off accidentally. Because of successful Israeli counter-terrorism efforts last year, most of the experienced terrorist bomb builders are dead or in prison. The replacements are inexperienced and make mistakes, which often result in bombs that go off prematurely, or not at all.
