North Korea has added fifty more Rodong 1 missiles to its arsenal in the last two years. The missile has a 1,300 kilometer range and a non-nuclear warhead (which could contain explosives or chemicals.) North Korea now has a hundred of these missiles in service. The Rodong 1 can hit any part of South Korea, even though they are based far from the border. North Korea has also carried out rocket motor tests for longer range missiles.
