For the fourth time this year, North Korean navy patrol boats entered South Korean waters in Yellow Sea. The North Korean boats are usually escorting fishing boats. The North Korean ships don't go very far across the line, and leave before the South Korean navy shows up. This sort of thing led to a naval battle in 1999, that left some 20 North Korean soldiers dead.
