 Lashkar-e-Taiba, a pro-Taliban Pakistani group, is banned in Pakistan. But increasingly, members of the group are being caught in Afghanistan, where they have fled to avoid arrest. Similarly, Afghan Taliban leaders continue to hide out in Pakistan.
