FDD rebels pulled out of the latest round of Burundi peace talks. Peace talks? Actually, the government and the rebels are back to ceasefire negotiations. An FDD spokesman accused the government of not sticking to a commitment to reach a permanent ceasefire accord. Sit tight for the next round of talks.
